New Jeep TJ Owner. Rust questions? (Pictures Included)

So I am basically new to the Jeep world. Just purchased a 98 TJ because the body was solid and the price was right.

I began to look underneath to see whats rusted and whats not. I know these are notorious for rust.

I am in no way a mechanically inclined person. So my questions is how bad is this rust? Terrible, average, run for hills, etc...

And what do I need to do to repair and such?

This is some of the worst of what I saw. It appears to be a lot of surface rust elsewhere.

Thanks!

Is that the only rust? The body mount look bad. The tow holes you could scrape a little to see how deep it goes. Rust repair can get costly.

I was thinking the same thing. Would a normal body shop be able to do the appropriate work with the body mounts? What parts would I need and where do I buy them from?
