This last week I installed this skid on my Jeep. Very nice. It seems much stronger than my old Warn skid, the hardware is top notch (I actually received EXTRA nuts and bolts instead of being shorted) and the mounting system is ingenious.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine.

Here it is. All black and stealthy

I painted it with POR15 and a roller. Then went over it with semi gloss Krylon.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine.

Stupid question here Gerald, I will be ordering a skid here when I get paid again in a couple of weeks, I got some stickers from you at KOH( that's what sold me seing them in person) my question os do you peel the top of the stickers off leaving only the letters? Or does the clear plastic square remain over the letters? Thanks great stuff you have!

An ugly Jeep with some stuff.

You can just peel and stick the clear ones. I like to trim the extra clear off.

Thanks,

Gerald

And that is one of the multiple reasons why Aluminum is better than steel

LOL I was missing the extra ones in my kit. I cannot say enough good things about the skid though. Amazing piece.

The skid fits the LJ with or without a BL.

Don't you need to be leaving for EJS soon? That's not a short drive. How about some TT pictures?

Anyone know if the SAVVY skid will fit on a Gen-Right Enduro tank? I'm hoping so.

Does a stock skid fit the Enduro Tank? If not, then it won't. But, I think Genright was doing a line of aluminum skids for their aluminum tanks if it doesn't take the stock skid.

Looks like you could have eliminated the skid altogether
