Need a Warrior Rack owners input...

I'm looking to buy a Warrior Safari Sport rack system for my 99 TJ. I really need to know how high the unit sits above the hard top (with the basket-no lights). I've got close to 10" to spare getting into my garage. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.

I can't imagine it adding anything close t 10" to the top of your jeep.

I have the warrior rack and i really like it... helps the jeep stand out a bit too when i miss place it in a parking lot...

I don't have a hardtop unfortunately but i can tell you that the rack is ROUGHLY 12" higher than the TOP of my steel doors and roughly 38 inches higher than the bottom of the LIP that the soft top locks into at the top of the tub over the rear wheels.

Heads up on the install...when you're drilling the tub in the rear make sure you leave enough room between the rack and the bottom of the lip that you can slip tonno or soft top flaps in....i left what i thought would be enough room but ended up having to put 2 slits in the latch flaps on the bottom of my softop windows so i could get them to sit flat the tonnon holds fine but doesn't sit perfectly.
