Need some suspension help

Hello everyone,
In November 2011 I purchased my first Jeep. 03 TJ Rubicon from a local private seller. It had a 2" Skyjacker spacer lift, Skyjacker nitro shocks, Transfer case spacers (owner stated it had vibes at 55-60 MPH, still does), Rear track bar bracket, 235/85/16 tires, and JKS rear arms. It drove stiff and jostled you around with casual road driving. Did some research on here and I got rid of the nitro shocks and stock wheels/tires. Put on Skyjacker hydro shocks and 32x11.5x15 Hancook tires and aluminum MB wheels. The ride was now 100% better.

About a month ago I started to notice the Jeep leaning to the passenger side. It was more of a front passenger side lean. My friend is a mechanic and looked it over. Found nothing wrong and suspected the spring was shot. So I called Dirk from DPG offroad and purchased the OME 2.5" lift kit with front/rear JKS track bars, and JKS quick disconnects. WE got everything installed this week and it is still leaning.

If anybody has some ideas of what the problem could be please share them.

Thanks !!!
Randy

Jeeps lean to the passenger side. I noticed mine doing it couple weeks ago. I search thru here and it seemed it was spring fatigue from the torque transfer on the passenger side. I took that as... Imagine a 500 hp car at the drag strip on slicks, at launch off the line the car will squat to the right rear. I guess that's the same principle. But heck I could be 100% wrong.

I read the same thing from all of my searching here. The thing is the Jeep was not leaning when I got it and then one day it decided to lean. Then after new springs it is still leaning. There has to be a cause of lean somewhere under this Jeep. I am looking into the front sway bar being bent and rear axle off center next

Hmmmm....

Any reason why/how the trac bar could have gotten bent between the install and now? I'm not sure the timeframe we are speakin of. Good luck, hopefully it's something easy

Are you using a relocation bracket on the rear sway?

The only part I think is bent is the front sway bar. How it could be bent, I do not know. I plan on disconnecting the sway bar to see if that results in anything.

The Jeep had a aftermarket rear track bar bracket on it when I bought the Jeep. We where not sure if we should take it out or not for the JKS adjustable track bar. The JKS directions said it could be used with or with out the bracket. So we left it in. I will pull the bracket off to see what that does.

I am out of ideas after that.

Do both your front and rear tires stick out equal on both sides?

I just went over the whole suspension again. The rear tires are off to the driver side about 1.5". I will be messing with the track bar this week to get the axle centered. Just wondering if I should have the old track bar bracket on for the new JKS adjustable track bar.

Disconnected the front sway bar and there was no change.

I measured the front fender height and the passenger side is 1.25" lower than the driver side. Rear is .75" lower on the passenger side.
