Need Replacement Seatbelt Tips

I've got a seatbelt in the back of my 02 TJ that has a pretty nasty tear/rip in it, and it keeps the belt from sliding properly. I've seen new replacements in Quadratech and similar for around $100, really don't want to shell out that much if I don't have to.

So....my question is...can I shop at the junkyards and find a good replacement and does it have to be from a TJ?
