Need part number for slip yoke seal?

My stock slip yoke is spewing atf out of it I need to order the seal so I can stop trying to top off the TC which is a royal PITA. Its the seal connecting the driveshaft into the housing.

Timken part number is 4370N.
Jeep part number is 4798117.
Should be able to get one much cheaper than the dealer.

As far as replacing this seal is it just a matter of popping off the rear driveshaft unbolting the slip yoke and pop old seal out and new one in or will I have to open up the transfer case to replace this seal?
