Need a new gas tank skid.

Mine is pretty rusted, one corner is pretty much rusted through. Any suggestions for the normal stuff, the web sites and price? I've read some people coat their new skids to prevent rust.... any problems with doing this?

cheap upgrade? get one from a late TJ. They are much beefier.
or, get a slew of aftermarket skid plates that raise it up. you already have a 1.25" BL... use it.

03-06 late model TJ/LJ skid if you're being really cheap. I bent mine up, so they're not the best thing ever.

Savvy if you want a better all around skid.

you can also check craigslist for used skids...like Kilby, Skid Row, Warn, etc. Many people are getting rid of those and switching to smarter Savvy or Rokmen skids...
