I got the dynomax super turbo cat back from quadratec about a month ago. It has a great muscly sound to it and gives me a couple more miles to the gallon.

dynomax super turbo x10000

has a nice low quiet growl at low rpm but soon as u hit 2300-2500 it goes completely quiet

V8 yup make it a little louder . The louder a 4 or 6 cyl gets the sillier it sounds . OEM Replacement or replace engine first .
