Need HVAC help

I have a 00 TJ Sport. I live in Alaska so it's really cold. It seems lately that the blower pressure out of my registers has gone down dramatically. When I have the heater on high, it feels like it is barely coming out of the center register. The blower sounds normal, and the gates must be working because the air comes out in the right place when I select it. My Service Manual only trouble shoots an inop blower, not a weak one. Any help would be appreciated.

Cold in Alaska~

Can't really say for sure, but potentials include
1. Clogged intake (inside the cowl)
2. Clogged internally (junk inside the heater box/plenum assembly)
3. Clogged heater core (dirt/dust clogging the fins of the actual heater core)
4. Enough dirt on the blower wheel that its just ineffecient
5. Dampers not fully open/closed (broken damper adusters, cables need adjusting, vaccuum problems)
6. Various foam gaskets that join the various molded plastic ducts deteriorated allowing pressure to escape elsewhere.
7. Blower wheel shot and spinning on shaft.
8. Blower motor dying and getting slow.
9. No air escape - can't blow much air in if it can't get out. (check vents in tailgate or hardtop) to test open a window a little while the blower is running.

that's all I got.
Maybe it will give you some ideas...
