need help getting a part

i have an 06 wrangler with the 4.0l. i have diagnosed my problem to be the cam\crank sensor\distributor bearing problem. however when i called all the local dealers they all say there is -36 (yes negative...) in the dealership computers... long backorder. i need this part now and i was told that it is a dealer only part at the local advance auto. is this true?

if somebody not in western PA could find this part for me ill gladly pay for it and shipping. please pm me.
