Need help fixing my top popped the seam open by accident.

I bought a used TJ from a guy here locally and it came with the hard top. Problem was that he had it stored in a barn hanging from a ceiling for 3 years. When i got it down it was literally covered in brown recluse spiders. I washed them off but when i got home they were coming out from the inside so i got a GREAT idea. I put about 3 cans of GreatStuff expanding foam in the tops empty space so that it would seal it up and trap them in there. I let it dry for a week and i thought I was good to go. I was wrong.

First day i put it back on, the sun reactivated it and it bulged out my top on the top center where the back part is glued to the front part and broke the seam causing some foam to come out. Now i have about a 1/2 inch gap that i need to fix. At this point i think i need to open up the top, scrape out the foam and re glue it.

SO here are my questions

1. How do you separate the seam? (Heat gun? Spatula?)
2. What can I use to glue it back together after?
3. Where can i get touch up paint since I'm gonna scratch it most likely

Any help you can give would be appreciated. Thanks.
