need to adjust upper rear control arms- not sure how- help.

Since putting in my new 8.8 I've had some vibs between 25-35 mph not bad but noticable. I got under my jeep and measured both upper contol arms and the driver side is about 1/4 of an inch longer than the passenger side. I know how to adjust them just not sure how to go about doing it. Do I need to jack up the rear end to do it or can I do it as it sits. I'm not sure. I only need to remove the top bolts on each upper arm. Can anyone guide me.

Lift and support the Jeep by the frame. Let axle hang at full droop. You may have to pull the tires to get enough droop to let the axle fully hang.

Now you can remove the control arms.

Did this last night. Will have to do it again to fine tune. Tough when the Jeep is at a buddies 60 miles away instead of here at home.
