Name this Noise (video) *UPDATE* Still noisy!

Went wheeling in the snow yesterday, didn't get into anything too deep water wise. Fired up the Jeep this AM so I could air up the tires and heard some squealing, it sounded like it was comeing from the distributor area... It didn't sound like it's a belt, was behind the water pump (or so it sounded)

Thoughts?

It sounds like some sort of bearing failure.......Maybe something small, like an idler, or it could be something worse.
Are there any other indicators? Like a rough and/or low idle, hesitation when you step on the gas? Does the sound grow with the RPM's?

No other indicators at all... and it only does this until it warms up (and not every time it's cool) ... after about 5-10 mins, no sound...

Just off the top of my head, I would say that you managed to get some water and/or debris into a bearing unit somewhere.... i.e. your a/c compressor, alternator, or (somehow) in your distributor. I would do the "stick" method to locate the problem...... take a stick or broom handle (minus the broom bit) and hold one end to your ear and touch it to different parts of the motor. The sound should get louder the closer you get to it.
Be careful of moving parts!

Bump for anyone else that might have heard something similar... I moved a broomstick arround touching different stuff, and got no closer to finding what was making the noise (but I do get to go buy a new broom!)...

Randomly replacing stuff since I can't find the noise is going to get expensive!

For a quick check, take the belt off and crank it up. See if it still does it. If it still does you know its not something the belt is turning! If it not something the belt is turning I would look at the distributor.

Its the bearing on the dizzy shaft that's squeaking. Far as I know, its a non serviceable part. I've never heard of any aftermarket dizzy that is superior to stock, or even corrects the fact that crud gets down the shaft and it eats the bearing. So any new one would do the trick.
