Did you just use some brass tees to connect the brake supply lines from the prop valve to the lines that went out from the ABS unit to the wheels?

If you get stuck let me know, I might be able to help you out. I did my swap about 2 years ago and did everything myself except the exhaust. I even built my own harness. It took me a long time to get everything working correctly, mostly through trial, error, and more trial, but now it all works except cruise. My last accomplishment was successfully correcting the low speed fan relay to prevent the check engine light from activating.

Alex -
I am just about finished with my WK Hemi - TJ swap, and know most of the electrics inside and out... I have been working on mine for 3 years, work travel and such just keeps putting it on the back burner... It is amazing how much information has slowly come out about the things I was having problems since the vehicles are now out of warranty and folks are tinkering... the Sentry keys with remotes, SKREEM, cluster, etc...
Let me know if you have any specific questions...
Not to dig... but... the rest of you talking about this and hemi swaps from a Truck or other vehicle that uses the older SCI bus have no idea how much more complex this swap is. The CAN bus Hemi swap really means taking 90% of the donor vehicles electrics and transplanting them into the TJ... And then trying to make the 10% that is left talk to the WK stuff..

sorry I have not updated the pages in a while, this page with someone else doing a WK Hemi swap should give me some initiative to do the updates..

here is the link to a pretty good picture of a non-ABS line routing.. clicking up pic should bring up 12MP image you can zoom in on.. basically, the back port and the rear side port towards the engine are the front brakes, and the front side port towards engine is rear brakes, with the street side ports beign from master cylinder, with front and rear similarly reversed.

Intake tube finished - 5.7 GC Hemi in TJ
I used a foot of the 3mm thick intercooler tube they sell on eBay, welded on a bracket to go to the engine stud, a modified OEM GC PVC breather line, and JB welded the IAT sensor bung. the filter was on my other jeep at one time, and the rubber 90 was off of a Yamaha GPR1300 jet ski my friend Joe modded and was sitting on a shelf..
next up the bracket to attach goofy GC tranny mount to TJ skid plate... can't use flat or tucked with NV245, as it hangs too low and cannot be re-clocked cause it is not round.. We'll get it drivable before exploring swapping tailshaft housing and putting in 241

Here is my start of the wiring diagram documentation, has a few things such as brake light switch and fuel pump/NVLD wiring merges.

Hey guys, keep the tips coming. I haven't had a chance to work on my build the past few weeks cause I've been travelling for work like crazy. I anticipate to continue the project beginning February.
The only thing I managed to do was to get myself a small sink and urinal to install in my garage for those long nights under the jeep!

I'm working on the jeep again this week. Can someone please tell me how to remove the two main plugs of the wiring harness?

Cancel that. I figured it out! Need to press on the tabs, not lift.

FYI - here is my latest wiring documentation spreadsheet hemi_wiring_2005.xls
It details what I did with each wire coming out of the various modules..

Great! Thanks. This will definitely come in handy.
Today I pretty much completed disconnected all wires, harnesses, hoses and everything else. All I'm left with is removing the tranny skid (RE LA kit) but I need a 5/16 socket allen key. There's no way I can remove those bolts with a standard allen key.
The other question that came up in my mind is what am I going to do about a snorkel? My old snorkel is too small for the kind of air this engine needs. Is there an aftermarket snorkel for wranglers with Hemis?

Just for fun (and a little off topic), here's a picture of my plumbing job showing off my sink and urinal. It really is great having a place to go when you're concentrated on tearing stuff apart!

Ummm, what about number 2?
And you dropped your tube of lipstick on the ground.

If I spent that many hours in the garage needing a toilet for number 2, I'd have other things to worry about! As for the "lipstick" it's actually a funky lighter I borrowed from my folks place to light the burner needed for the job.
