I have pulled friends out of trouble and I have been pulled once or twice also, and nothing moved... But I guess if it does move, it'll be too late to install some tie-ins...

I'm not going to start a debate on this, but for $50 you can eliminate the risk completely. The holes already exist in the frame. My friend got pulled out of a bad stuck situation and it bent the ends of the crossmember way out of wack. We were able to bang them back into place and install the frame tie-ins. So yes you can do it later, but its worth the piece of mind.

I know they are "just some frame tie-ins" but the ones by Rokmen looks like I could hang my jeep from them!

I'll wait for the shipping quote.
I don't plan on pulling out stuck 747s though.

Looking at my bumper, I could see how it would easily tear the crossmember off the frame. My bumper is bolted in at the bottom of the frame, then tied in on the sides. It's not going anywhere. I don't think I'd be pulling anything if my only hope was a couple of welds on the crossmember. All that twisting and force will weaken the welds, and one day someone is going to get hit with a flying bumper.
