If your wheeling in the woods, those kind of light bars love to grab tree limbs as you ride and poke them through your soft tops. I have a Garmin Wilderness rack, I'll be putting some steel mesh on mine to keep that same thing from happening.

My lift and tire cost me 790. Got the lift, tires, and wheels all here for 790. Deals are out there, keep your eyes open.

I love the console, by the way.

I have no clue. They where used for KC daylighters. I am not sure why they would not work. I also have no clue about shipping, but if you want them I will send them out and you just send me the money once you get them and make sure they work. send me a pm if you want them

I sent some one a PM on them earlier. I do not think I am charging too much. I hope not at least, I would hate to rip some one off. I was asking $25 shipped.

Anyways I got my lights on and lit up. I worked on them at night in the rain but they are so bright! The names under the switches light up green also! I am working on getting more lights! I need to get one bulb for a KC daylighter but not sure where. I suppose I will look on line.

By the way have you seen this write up for $6.38 (grade 8 hardware all around) I was able to get a ton more flex
http://www.4x4xplor.com/homediscos.html

Another thing you can do is buy 24" of steel tubing (square) 1inch, cut down to 2 " sections for the front and 2 3" sections for the back and get new bolts you can make 1" seat risers which are way more comfortable to drive and give you better road view (I'm 6 foot and they still helped) and if your like me without any metal tools you can use a hack saw

Do I need to upgrade my alternator? I had 3 100 watt lights on 2 55 and then the normal light, head lights, runners, ect while the jeep was running and it was running high rpms. Would one out of a cop car work? Or shat would be the cheapest method or should I not worry about it? Also I need to find out where to hook my power wire up so it is not always hot like it is now, but I will look in my book unless some one knows off hand.

Well the jeep got ripped apart tonight. It all started when I went to see about moving my e-brake. I looked at and decided I would move it when I gutted the jeep to have it rhino lined at the end of July. So I go to put my center console back and it still hits the console the cup holder and shifters are in. So I decided to remove that. That was easy and it looks a lot more like a cj But then the carpet was popping out and well that just looked bad. So I decided to rip the carpet out. To do that i had to take out the seats and everything. Then I broke the screws holding in the rear seat bracket. I get the carpet out and find a small hole/crack in my drivers floor plan under a lot of surface rust. I started removing that rust and getting the carpet glue out! I should of been finishing my gf's anniversary present for when she gets back Wednesday, woops! ( i have pics of the center console thing removed and the rest of the jeep in tact, it looks awesome I was too lazy to post pics)

Next update: After days of fighting with the jeep and not being able to drive it I got it drivable. Here is what I did; I moved the e-brake from between the seats to the right of the shifter. I put a new lug and all new lug nuts on. I also mounted 2 interior lights so far. I know it does not sound like a lot, but moving the e-brake was the hardest to date thing I have done. My interior lights look awesome 2! (I have pictures but photobucket is not working!!!)
