My Build Thread

Hey guys and gals, decided to create my own build thread! Im going to be starting tonight, and finishing up this weekend....hopefully . I am going to be installing an OME 2.5 HD lift kit, along with Smittybilt XRC front bumper and a SRC classic rear, and a Warn M8000 winch. Here are a couple pics of what she looks like now, and i will post some after pics later this weekend.

I made my own front quick disconnects and also found a birds nest in one of the rear bumper milk jugs hahaha, I do have minor vibrations so i need to drop the skid plate just a tad, but besides that it drives better than stock in my opinion overall a great project and product that i would highly recomend if you have the $$

Looks Good!

i had vibes after my OME HD install as well, make sure you loosen the 4 t-case bolts before you lower the t-case skid, then re-tighten the 4 bolts when the skid is re-installed. this should allow the t-case to shift slightly when you lower the t-case. Good Luck.

BTW 4 washers was not enough of drop for me. i eneded up having to get a 1" drop and longer bolts from northridge, they are great people and good to work with.

2 washers all the way around took care of the vibe problem. Also here are a couple more pics, so far everything is holding up great, and am loving the jeep!!!!
