TJ or YJ? Fill out your profile and we could give you more help, and no rim paint wont work on a hardtop if that's what you were asking.

I assume it's like "gangsta/ghetto talk" for "black out". As in paint everything black, cover lights with black/smoke tint covers, etc.

i "murdered" out my old car, looked good. as far as painting wheels, its possible with the right prep work. scuff them up well, remove all traces of grease with something like brake cleaner, paint them with a wheel paint from rustoleum or whatever you find and let them dry properly before putting them back on.
of course you could get some cragar soft 8s for a little more than you'd have in painting your stocks and then you'd have the platform to go to bigger tires effectively.

I like the blacked out look -- as for the wheels just buy some black steelies they are cheap --

I just got started on this one:

There are plenty of little pieces and parts to prep and paint that will get you started. If you go with basic black steelies, you can find some $2 center caps and "murder" the chrome on those. Follow-up with some black anodized lugs, which can be found for $20 on ebay. The gas cap ring and headlight bezels are paintable, just be careful with them, you wouldn't want to "murder" them to hard cause they're made of plastic. The fender flares can be laid to rest with some Krylon Fusion. As for the hard-top, research the topic and i'm sure you'll find a way to kill that too.

"murdering out jeep" sounds like parting out a Jeep.
