Moving tire jack to spare tire bracket? Whts everyone think about this item on Ebay?

I was browsing Ebay and came across this item, it moves your tire jack to the spare tire bracket on the tailgate and gives you another storge box under the passenger seat. What does everyone think about this, I've thought about getting one. A link blow.

That looks to be a Pelican water proof box. Not too shabby. It seems like a good price but if you keep the jack out in the elements all the time you might bot be able to use it when you need it.

Yeah my thoughts too - you then have the jack out in all the slop. Also, if you really needed it out on the trail you'd have to dismount your spare wheel to get at it. I don't think I would do it. My 0.02.
