What motor oil and filter do you use, and how often do you change your oil and filter?

Amsoil SSO 0W-30 oil with Amsoil's Synthetic media filter. Oil changed on a 25,000 mile interval. Oil analysis done at 8K and 16k, then a sample pulled at the change.

Mobil Clean 5000 10W-30 and Mopar oil filter. 20 Bucks for it all at Wal Mart, and thats what seems to make my engine the happiest.

Castrol 10w-30 and NAPA Gold filter every 3000 miles
(I rotate my tires at the same time)

Mopar filter or Napa Gold and Mobil 1 10w30 every 5k.

Pure one filter for a 5.0 V8, and usually Mobil 1 changed at 5-6K

purolator pure one filter and a name brand dino 10w-30 in the winter and 10w-40 in the summer
