Missing seat anchor bolts??

Hi folks,

I have a bit of an odd question... how many anchor bolts (attaching the seats to the body) are there for the front seats? I bought an '01 TJ earlier this year and noticed it looks like there is a bolt missing on each side. Where I would expect a bolt on the rear outside support for each seat (under the protective plastic flaps) there's just a rusty hole.

If there is supposed to be a bolt, what size? It looks pretty small. On the inside rear mounts there are rather large torx bolts, but on the front mounts there are hex bolts.
