You paid $5000 for the '98 Sahara with 39k miles or for the YJ with 130k miles?

If the Sahara was $5000 that would've been a killer deal.

Ask to see the title before you sign anything.
Twice now I have looked a low mileage Jeeps (I'm always looking)
Both had low miles and a title with the "not the correct mileage box checked"
What I think their doing is swapping out the dash board with a low mileage dash.
I got a '97 with 45K, what keeps the miles low are people (like me) use other vehicles for their DD, keeping their Jeep miles low. 39K on a '98 is low but not surprising.

I thought all saharas were 4.0s. Was it not actually a sahara? (if it had metal fender flares painted the same color as the body, it was a sahara.)

The flares aren't metal, they are just an inch wider and painted. The seats would have been green if it was a real 98 Sahara.

97 TJ. Full width D60 w/Detroit, Alloys and 5.89 gears. Full width D44 spooled, 60 outers, Warn lockouts. 6" Rock Krawler Gen II LA. 11 gallon cell behind the rear seat. 37" Maxxis Trepador competitions on 17" Stazworks double internals, blazay, blazay.....

Green and Tan two tone with map pockets on the back. Don't forget the map pockets!!! FYI the flares are not also wider but the extend down farther closer to the tire causing owners to lift more than they normally would have to...

Drink upstream from the herd.
