mid phase build up

i was playing on ebay and found set of flat fenders (alot like PSC) with 4" flare for $200 so i figured id try em out, the welds are ugly but they work, here is some progress pics, i dropped them off today to get painted (flat black, Moms boyfriend is pro painter so he is hooking me up) so ill get pics of finished product next week,

but they fit nice (ignor the piece sticking out it was left from factory fender and got cut off)

and some lights,

will have more pics once i bolt them and my rokmen rockers on, but since i waiting on them to get painted i going to tackle rear gears tomorrow (4:88s)

Those things are sexy. Finally, a fender that doubles as a picnic table. I like the drop down portion up front too.

Weird looks? Oh well, you're happy.
I get a kick out of the weird looks when I ride with the doors off. I've even had a little old lady chase me down to tell me how dangerous it was. Funny, she never says anything about my Harley having no doors.

actually its perfectly legal in Ohio, only rule is must have approved saftey glasses and i carry 3 pair, tinted/yellow/clear ive had many cops ask me how i did that so they could do it to their jeeps,

update; build has been put on hold, i blew the motor, if you know of a totaled jeep for sale w/6cyl and 5spd (i am upgrading) let me know

they are getting replaced soon as i put new front axle in(waiting on gears to come in for it), the current one is bent,

dunno what part of ohio you're in, but in northeastern ohio everything is illegal. i grew up in toledo and was pulled over for the stupidest crap, even when street racers were whizzing by me. and no reasoning with the cops, most of the time they walked up and handed me the ticket before even asking for my license. i knew a few cops too, they were all pricks and control freaks. if I drove with my windshield down in Ohio, I'd have SWAT pulling me over, spike strips, helicopters and road blocks. thats my kinda luck with the fuzz.

ok well today i got bored and painted my roll cage, it was scratched from few trees so i hit it with some rattle can

started

then finished, its actually flat black but it hadnt dried yet

my new front bumper is in route now, and i got get new motor tomorrow
