yea i am in love with the metalcloak system...they really pay attention to the details (from the instructions to the fit and finish of their products) and it really shows in their product...i am biased towards the overline because i think they flow better with the rest of the kit...i would certainly get the arched if i was only getting fronts though...

I'm sorta leaning towards the overline but the arched has an extra inch of clearance... I was originally thinking tnt but with metalcloak you dont have to get a CAI and the metalcloak look a lot cooler. I want these fenders! |

BUT, with the Overline, you only lose about 3/4" vs. the Arched ABOVE the tire... you still have the same amount of clearance behind the tire.

I originally thought about another brand of high clearance fender but these look way better, don't require a new air intake, and i can order them powder coated and wont have to go look for someone to do them for me ![]() |

Finally got all of my Metalcloak products on and I love the new look of my Jeep not to mention how much more abuse the new armor can take over stock. Super easy to install and I have recieved nothing but compliments from everyone who has seen them.

That is one of the best installs and paint jobs I have seen. Excellent job! That Jeep looks great. Would you please post your lift height if you get a chance. |

Looks GREAT!
Are you running a lift at all or stock? What size tires and what size flares are those (4 or 6")? |

Bone stock Rubicon no lift, plan to keep it that way. Tires are stock, 31" MT/Rs, and the flares are all 6". Thanks for the compliments I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. My dad couldnt believe how everything fit together the first time without modifications. THe only modifications I had to do were to the tub around the rear opening, so that it was clearanced at the same angle as the rocker is in front of the rear tire, which is out of the hands of Metalcloak, tried to find a pic before but I dont have one.
I also opened up the rear part of the tub opening and welded the lip back on to make it match with the corner gaurds. tough to see in the pic but its a little sliver at the back. ![]() When I get back from work in a couple weeks I will be putting 35s on it and will make sure to post up pics on how the wheel wells look with the right size of rubber in them. I'd really like to see how 35's look. I have a 2.5" OME right now with 31's and was going to do a 1.25" BL/MML and run 33's until I saw the MC fenders. I know with the MC fenders I can run 33's or 35's ...but trying to get a feel for what 33 and 35's will look like with the 2.5" lift I have now. Have a feeling 33's may look kind of small. Then again I know with 35's I'd need to beefen up my steering and brakes...but I have 4:10's now with a new D44 rear and D30 up front ...both with ARB lockers and the 4:10's may suck with 35's.

I know that a 35 will fit straight in the rear wheel wells since i tried one before hand. It will just depend on how the Jeep flexes if the 35s will fit.
![]() I have no doubt the front will fit 35s stock since they have a ton more room. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Looks real good....I'm looking forward to getting mine put on....just waiting on my buddy to paint them for me
![]() I've seen this with a number of Rubicons with the MC fenders....if it were me I would have removed the Rubicon decal before putting the fender on....just my preference |

here are 35s, no lift with the fenders...the only issue i have is the passenger side rear rubs the tub slightly but i think its something with my jeep because it rubs the tub in the front area of the rear opening but it only does it on the one side. i will be adding a 2.5in lift shortly though.

Do a search for RallyeX. He moved the decals up a "line" and it looks great!
