I put mine on last night and really like the simple look. They consist of two button type amber LEDs with one mounting in a hole provided in the front gusset just to the inside of the "M" logo, and the other in a hole provided in the aluminum inner fender. They are two wire, single purpose lights using one on each side to act as the blinker, and one as a running light. Very much in keeping with Metal Cloak's minimalist approach, they don't offer a lot of "bling" and those wanting to dress up their Jeep via the installation of some new turn signals, may want to go a different route. While I like what others have done with the various turn signal solutions like the JK signals and such, I like the "just get me legal" implementation of the Metal Cloak lights a little more. They are plenty bright enough to provide great visibility and safety when in use, but they almost disappear into the Jeep when off.

Sorry I don't have pictures for you, but it was so muggy here last night that taking my camera from the air conditioned house into the garage immediately fogged the outside of the lens. Being a rather big and bulky DSLR and lens combo, it was just taking too long to warm up enough that it wouldn't fog and I gave up. If Firekite doesn't post photos of his, I will try to get some soon for those interested.

How come you dont make a flare. That covers more. For the states that need the coverage? Like 4 inch wide the whole flare

Thanks for posting them up....they definately are small but unobtrusive...look much better than the first generation.

How are they functionally...are they bright and noticeable enough?
