This is it! Today is the day! Now is the time to make a difference! It only takes a couple minutes to send a message to your congressional representative and any others urging them to leave Moab alone.

Just click here and follow the AMA's instructions:

American Motorcyclist Association - Congress to hold hearing on closing 9 million acres in Utah

If you don't act, you don't get to complain when the Moab Easter Jeep Safari or any other OHV event in the area is but a distant memory.

My Lord.
We all know why the gov wants the land too. And it's not to preserve wildlife.

Mat, in the pic below. That silver plate that sits right below and slightly in front of windshield behind the arched fender. Is it possible to order these tube fenders without that? You know flush w/ no screws and all. I see gen right has that same sorta plate but I prefer your arched fenders but with a flush clean look like the tnt fenders have. (they have no plate back there)

you pretty much need that access panel there to get to the mounting bolts. Probably possible without taking it out but a huge headache, at least I thought so.

Seriously, that would be such a pain. That thing is there for a reason. If you really really really really wanted to, you could probably just weld a plate over the opening, grind it smooth, and paint, but that seems really silly to me.

Heres a link to my solution.
I just painted mine to match and it doesnt stick out very much at all. I dont like how the access panel isnt color matched but i think this is an easier solution.

Sorry I cant just post the pic, everytime I try to post it never works, unless all of my pics are small square boxes with a red X in them.

Fail. I want the look of the tnt treks fenders in that area, yet with the arched fender of metalcloak

It shall be the route I take. After I install this thing. Once installed I have no reason to access that panel and remove the fender.

I think what I may do is take the panel to a body shop & have them shave it down some to fit just barely in the panel, weld it, smooth the welds down and recess it into the entire fender.

I am the product designer at MetalCloak. CCJ if you don't mind the wait I could run 2 tub brackets without the access port. I would tell you from experience that the install will be very difficult. Not impossible just very difficult. There would be NO extra charge we would just ask you to provide pictures and descriptions of your installation method...and a list of tools used

Jeepman 82...your two toned paint job looks excellent

Firekite...i see you changed your profile picture...your jeep looks great. I can see 37s in your near future

HA! Only if the fenders give the axles Holy Strength +3 or something. D30 and S35 aren't up to 37's without being ticking timebombs, I don't think. We'll see, though. I had no idea those 35's were going to end up looking so tiny under the clearance of the front fenders. And now the rear looks a little silly

Oooooo..... RLY? I got one better for ya. Imagine you all allow two options for people when ordering? I have to go to Sacramento to visit family in December. (The 17th-22nd to be exact) what if I pop on by and recieve a little assistance from your installers at the same time I purchase the fenders? Heck we could even do pictures as my vehicle is all stock for the engine. You could use this as your instruction sheet for those that decide they'd rather have this look over the other when checking out on your website.
And is it also possible to not have the M logo in the front part of the fender?

Shall be perfect for my 35's w/o lift! Thanks again Fire for the extensive write up.
Also, does yours rub your hood as stormtroopers does? **UPDATE** Nevermind. I see where you said it does ever so slightly.
