Sent you PM. Bought the SW2. Would love to test the SW3 for the LJ.

I'd be happy to have the opportunity to test one of those out. Send me a PM if you're interested.

Looks real good.

One question for you all at SW though, will the windjammer work with the rear seats still installed?

Looks great! I'd be willing () to test it out for you, and provide pictures of it on a lime green jeep for the website!

what, no logo? throw, stitch a small logo on the top. further customizes and advertises the product.

Thanks for the heads up, that looks like a very nice top. Yes, the downside is header but the upside is that it looks clean, has a selection of imprints and uses velcro straps instead of brass grommets and ball bungees which looks crude to me. If they don't have SW3 soon I'll just get the KookBreeze since there's no point to waiting until after summer

Got tired of waiting

1. No, the product will no longer be available in the complicated three-piece modular design. SW2- The New ShadeTop, we’re excited to say is a one-piece three function design.

When folded in half the SW2 acts as a ShadeTop only, when stretched over the roll bar it is the world’s greatest safari, and when configured WhatWind Style you’ve got the greatest Jeep Wrangler top ever made.

The middle-rear hole can be used to attach that portion of the top to the break light above the spare, to create a cool, arching effect. We will detail this in the video series.

We filmed this video 15 minutes after the new product arrived, by Sunday afternoon it looked great on my 2004 Rubicon, no rippling.

Unfortunately the new one-size fits all design of SpiderWeb ShadeTop 2 is so much better, selling you SW1 would be a disservice. Please watch the new video at the www.jeepwranglertop.com to see Allen West, Shop Manager at VehicleSpa Orlando, complete the SpiderWeb ShadeTop 2 technical install.

1. Anyone who mentions JeepForum.com will a receive 10% discount in the form of a rebate check.

2. The new material has a rubberized UV coating, it is not shiny, that may have been glare from the camera. However it has a bit of a sheen, not shine. Looks great!

3. The new colors will be available soon. What colors are you guys interested in?

4. Right after we posted Saturday we sold all of the 10 promotional SpiderWeb ShadeTops. Anyone who used Google Checkout will not be charged. We would love to hear your feedback.

Thanks.
Well, I got tired of waiting for the SW3 to come out and ordered one two weeks ago or so. I really, really like the SW2, but there are a couple of minor quirks.

First, I didn't get my 10% rebate, even though I mentioned JF on my order.

More importantly, the tiny little holes result in tiny little shadows on my glasses when I drive. It took a couple of days to get used to it.

I can't figure out how to make it a "bikini" instead of a "safari," and I'm tired of the rear edge cutting across the middle of my rear view mirror.

Still, it's cooler (temperature wise) than an open top and I like it better than wrapping my rear sails around the cage to get the safari look.

And I love the fact that it stays up whether I have the top up or down.

To make it into a bikini you wrap the back half over the soundbad and back towards the driver. This also provide a little 'shelf' to keep hats in and such.

The new prototype looks like it's not a single piece though. I'm confused. In the video it CLEARLY looks like a single bikini portion in the front.

Well I'm all for that then... any idea when it's going to be available? Knowing my lock, probably October. LOL!
