Mastercraft seats and gorilla winch help

i found some mastercraft rubicon seats in good shape and a gorilla 12k winch. sitting on the jeep that is behind my friends house for years. I want to buy them off him what do you think i should offer? also what plate would i need to mount it to a stock bumper and what seat adapters are needed? any insight helps.

How about asking the owner what he'll take for them?

I agree with the others, ask the owner what he will take. As for the winch mount, adn universal winch mount will work, or you could make your own out of some "C"- channel metal if you have the tools.

8000 dollars is too much unless you really really like them.
