Good work, nothing wrong with cutting to fit your needs..I modified my Warm front also, but not that short. I sectioned mine, took out 7''.

I know this is an old thread revival. But i was doing a search for shorty warns. and i have a question. how dumb would it look if were to cut down the warn. Put on the grill gaurd and winch plate with roller fairlead, and mount the kicence plate on the fairlead. And mount the fog lights with a Poison Spyder Fairlead Light Mount and not have a winch. and also these will be with regular fenders for the time being. any opinions has it been done?

As long as you plan to eventually buy a winch I say go for it. I was just talking about cutting my Warn down last week. I really thought I was going to be doing something original here, lol. I'm glad this thread came up, because I had plans to section it and keep the W's, but seeing pics of both ways I like your bumper better 2005.

when ever i get 1500 bucks im getting the warn 9.5si. whenever that will be. just wondering how it would look for the time being
