Looks good.

I was going to do the exact same thing to my Warn. After thinking about it for a long time, I decided to just sell. I ended up selling the bumper and hoop (same one you have) for $200 and I bought a Poison Spyder Stinger new for $180. The warn winch plate bolted right up to it.

Again, yours looks really good! Original.

Yeah I'm not sure why my last pic of the final result didn't save to my camera. Make sure you get one today.

AHHHHHHHH blasphemy! jk :P

I can't believe you are going to cut the w's off, thats what makes that bumper.....a warn bumper. Sell it don't cut such a pretty bumper apart. In fact, I bet you could weld a stubby together likkity split with some 3/8" angle iron.

EDIT: ugh nm you already did it.

im not real sure why the change, i guess after looking at the jeep and seeing the big bumper with tubes made me think it would look better with a shorty. Im glad i did change it

And new tires! I think it looks good both ways.
I thought the pointed ends of the bumper looked good with the tubes from the front, sort of matched. But the stubbiness goes well with the lack of fender the tubes create.

It looks MUCH better with the new stubby bumper, I'm glad you did the cut. It was just too wide before, especially with the tube fenders you installed.
