Maintaining superjoints.

Have put a Dana 30 high pinion axle under my 97 tj. I tried to make it as strong as possible. I install Yukon gears and shafts and superjoints. They say it's for off roadies only. What's your opinion on this? I drive around town every now and then and never go above 50 mph Never had any problems with them. Will I damage the front axle and joints by continuing to drive on the road?

The u-joint bearing caps aren't designed for high speed use. Grease them frequently.

yeah I was greasing them like once every 3 months or about every 400 miles a few pumps on each cap. is that too much or not enough?

It could be either as speed and heat are the factors here, not mileage. If all the mileage is around town and you rarely see 50 you might be fine. If you drive it at 75 for a hour every time you drive it, it's probably not enough.
