ya that's awesome i stopped by the Harley place in town and stopped by my favorite motorcycle shop and didn't see anything i liked so i wen t with the "Fab" solution.

but i didn't think to try the bicycle route.

im still loving my mirrors. btw one cracked ... damn rocks in my tires so im trying to find some that can bolt on to the plate i made. ill update later if i find anything. if i cant its only like two bucks for a new mirror.

Has anyone tried making a bracket that bolts to two of the three screws that hold the dash to the tub above the door sensor? I'm thinking of making these to mount a cheap mirror I found at Kragen, and wanted to know if anyone had run into any problems with that. How long are those bolts for the dash mount?

I don't think I'll be selling these until I can build one myself and am satisfied that it's stable. I'm thinking of triangulating it with the door hinge too.
