Maasdam Tiger Jack= HiLift Jack ?

A company called Maasdam makes a jack which looks identical to the Hi-Lift jack,(Cdn Tire sells it). They also make the "Pow-r Pull" attachment which fits onto their own jack, or the Hi-lift jack for attaching a chain for winching.

Does anyone know if one jack is better than the other or if maybe both companies are licensed to sell the same product under two different names ?

Even as much as I distrust and don't like using my own Hi-Lift jack, I distrust other "Hi-Lift-look-alikes" even more. Most are cheap Chinese imports that will bend with any serious load on them. The slight additional cost of a real Hi-Lift is well worth it.
