M.O.R.E. 1" BL question

Hey,

I'm starting to actually save some money up. First comes the BL, cheap... the the MML... semi-cheap... then the Teraflex 3T" lift, then probably 33" tires.

I was at M.O.R.E.'s Website, and they have body lift kits, and body lift systems. What's the difference? Thanks!

hi insaner,

Quote:
BODY LIFT "KITS" consist of enough "Pucks" for your Jeep®, longer grade 5 bolts, flat washers, misc. brackets and instructions.
Quote:
BODY LIFT "SYSTEMS" come with everything the KITS come with in addition to new polyurethane body mounts. You save time and money when you install the SYSTEM under your rig.
it basically means that the kits are just the 1" pucks that you place over the top of your existing body mounts. the system is the puck and a new polyurethane body mount for each mounting point. i look at it this way. check the condition of your jeep. if the original body mounts are starting to rot at all then you might want to go with the system to replace the rotted rubber factory mounts. if you have a very new or still like new jeep and the mounts are still very solid, then you may want to save some bucks and just go with the kit. i guess it depends upon the condition of each person's jeep, if they really need to step up to polyurethane body mounts, and if they have the extra cash to spend on the whole system. hope that helps...

Make sure you do the body lift and the motor mount at the same time. If you just do the BL you will have to adjust the height of your radiator (a pita). Doing the MML at the same time as the BL saves a lot of time and hassle.
