Nice, I have alot of LS1 experience. The one in my 98' camaro is a 408 stroker with a tone of nitrous. I didnt read every post, but there was some questions about the fuel pump. a 255 fuel pump and ford svo 42 fuel injectors are a must. If you have that your fuel system will support pretty much anything. Also look into investing in LS1 edit software unless you know a local dyno tuner that has it.

Updates....

So far I have mounted my fuel tank bulkheads along with a plate I designed to with with the stock unit, need a few more nylon washers and to seal it all up. Next I've went through my complete wiring harness and made it a stand alone harness and ready to wire up in the jeep and rewrap, third I'm making some progress on my turbo manifold and cross over tube, need to modify and weld some more. should have measured twice before hand. I'm going to have to cut and reweld the upper portion of the turbo manifold to clear the shock tower

Be very careful with the wife mod. Uninstallation can be extremely expensive. Wife mods have been known to take the Jeep and all other mods during the uninstall process. Also, make sure you service your wife mod properly as often as humanly possible. Wife mods not properly serviced may malfuction or uninstall themselves at any time.

I have a friend with a 67 bronco that he is doing the same thing with a suburban ls1. He is coming down to the hydrolic clutch, and is having problems. Any with yours?
