Looking for rear swing away with hitch

I've been researching rear bumpers with swing-away tire mounts but I haven't found one that has a tow rated hitch. Anybody heard otherwise?

Rock Hard Rear Bumper Tire Carrier - Jeep Wrangler TJ, YJ, CJ7

This is one of the few that are actually rated. Most places won't officially give their bumpers tow ratings because of liability reasons. That being said most aftermarket jeep bumpers are pretty hefty and I wouldn't hesitate to tow with them.

being 'rated' for towing doesn't mean anything. when something is NOT 'rated' for towing, they are just covering their bases from lawyers.

any quality 2x4 or 2x5 3/16" wall bumper with 3/8" frame tie-ins will be plenty strong to tow up to the 2000lb limit of the TJ.

The Garvin Wilderness that I have is rated. Looks like they have made some changes since I got mine. They have gotten rid of the screw type latch. Call them to make sure it's tow rated.

Smittybuilt SRC is what i have, its rated class II up to 3500 lbs. Works great with my boat. and with the 20% coupons you can find online, it only costs $320. that will leave you enuff to get the front matching bumper, and the matching side guards, for less then the Gavin rear mentioned earlier (though that is a NICE bumper)

Two things. 1-Get four extra bolts and use all the provided mounting holes, it doesnt come with enuff bolts for all the holes to make it super sturdy. 2-rokmen frame tie-ins are also a great addition, giving extar stregnth and piece of mind.
