Looking at purchasing a Front Bumper

I have been looking at purchasing a front bumper for my 03 wrangler TJ. I really like the body armor 4x4 front formed winch bumper, but am sorta worried about the quality of it, because 1. Have never heard of Body armor brand, 2. Cant find any reviews or forums about others that have this product. So if anyone that has this bumper or knows something about it, any information would be helpful.

I can't help you with the front bumper but I do have a Body Armor rear bumper. It is very well made and extremely heavy. A very strong bumper.

Nate's4x4- have both front and rear with tire carrier great quality-welds no rattles. And I know he had issues but that was a long time ago. I think he has an add in the latest issue of jeep mag.

Take a look at the Metalcloak bumpers. You can add all kinds of different options to customize it how you want.

I like my Metalcloak front bumper, but the Rokmen mercenary looks pretty good too.

Picking a bumper all comes down to what your want out of it. Some guys are fine with chrome tube bumpers because they like the looks. Other use their bumper so a tube bumper wouldn't last. Do you want this bumper for looks or for real usage? Do you plan on tube fenders? If so this bumper would not look right with tube fenders IMO.

Jeepinhokie,

That's a good looking bumper. What do you have for the rear bumper?

I just got the Genright, except with the clevis mounts instead of the receiver. It is a nice piece! And another guy in my club got the receiver one like the one you posted last week as well. The fit was perfect for both.

Who makes the rear bumper with the receiver?

GenRight makes the one with the receiver. I've been considering that exact piece since my tube bumpers are bent all to heck now (PO installed them). Everything I've heard about GenRight's products are perfect fit and great quality. Personally I haven't owned any, but after all the reviews I've read I'm not even gonna hesitate once the bank account fills up a bit.

Sent from my turtle in a half shell.

I started to get the Rokmen Mercenary but they only make it with all the options. I didn't want the hoop and other stuff so had to cancel the order.
I ended up getting the A toZ fab front bumper. http://www.atozfabrication.com/store...cat=257&page=1
