Looking for help IDing the Lift on my new TJ

Thanks for taking a look. I just picked up a 2000 TJ and I'm trying to figure out what lift and SYE are on it. I'm thinking it's a 4 1/2" lift. It's sitting on 33X10.50 right now. No Body Lift. Here are a few pics. Thanks again!
