Looking for advice on a lift and tube fenders...

I currently have a 2005 TJ with stock 31s. My plan is to get some 35s under some MetalCloak tube fenders. My question is does anyone know how much clearance these tube fenders give you and/or how much of a lift would I have to get to fit the 35s without them rubbing the wheel wells.

With correct bump stopping you don't need a lift.

What type of trails are you planning to be on?...

Then why do you have a 2" lift with 33" tires?...

I just took a quick click over to their site and just picked one random tube fender. Looks like there is the very information that you are asking. This is what I read there.

True Low Center of Gravity Builds - Play around with 35s on a Stock TJ or Krawl Hard with 37s on a 3" lift!

I have a 1" body lift and the h&r 1.5 inch suspension, and super swamper 34x9.50s fit perfect while still allowing up travel. While it may technically be possible to use 35s with no lift and appropriate bump stops I don't think its really optimal. I would do a 1 inch body lift and a 2 or 2.5 inch suspension for the 35s and metal cloaks.

Should've added that I have the arched MC's.

Ya I've been looking into the Rough Country 1" body lift and 2.5" suspension lift because I agree with you it would be the best decision for optimal clearance. What type of tires do you run? I was looking at BF Goodrich all terrains because this is my daily driver.
