Locking differential on 2005 Rubicon won't lock!

The rear locker light just continues to flash and the locker does not lock. I checked the hoses and they are fine. What else should I check? How do you check the funny three prong fuse in the fuse box? Thanks for the input!!!

Are you sure your air pump is kicking on? will your front locker engage?

Does the compressor pump? Try discounting the hose to the rear and engage locker. The pump should pump until you put your finger over the outlet. You took off the rear diff cover and check the hose connection inside? Pretty common problem with Rubi lockers.

dealership...

Isn't the "funny 3 prong fuse" a relay? If so, hit the switch and it should click.
