Yeah, sorry to bust on your balls about the "made in China" thing- I thought it was funny at midnight when I wrote it. I'm glad you guys are going to get it into production.

No worries! The made in China thing is a fact that we have to deal with. Everyone wants things less expensive, so we have to work hard on making them good quality at a low price. Sometimes the price has to suffer so the product doesn't.

Black or Spice. Must be sailcloth and use factory door surrounds.

are you sure you want spice? the jeep in your avatar used KHAKI DIAMOND as its factory color, I would think you would want that. to each their own I guess. unless you were just confused on the color name, in that case khaki diamond is what you want

Honestly, I'm kinda partial to the medium gray factory top that I have now, but I guess I could go for the black diamond if you didn't make a gray.

are you sure thats not a faded black or khaki color. reason I ask is because I was under the impression LJ's only had those 2 colors from the factory.

Spice or Sand would be cool,my black one getting long in tooth. I'd like something other than black or khaki. It'd be nice to have more choices, and you'd sell more, with 40K+ L Js out there in different colors,I bet those owners would leaning your way,I'm just saying. My L J is Flame Red

My jeep originally only came with a hardtop. It was also a gray color. About nine months after I got the Jeep, I ordered a soft top through the dealer and there were three color options and I chose medium-gray. I know I am not mistaken either as I have looked online for replacement windows to match (should the need arise, I want to be sure I can get them) and Jeepsareus.com has them listed in that color. Jeeps Are Us: JEEP TINTED REPLACEMENTS WINDOWS FOR <br> Unlimited & WRANGLER 2dr-4dr 01-10 ALL 3

ok, I sit corrected. apparently there were 3 colors. I wonder if that means my gf's grey'ish looking top on her 05 TJ is actually grey and not a faded black?

The first 1/2 of '05 did not offer black tops or black flares. They were all "pre-faded" to medium grey. There was such an outcry from buyers that 1/2 way through the year DC switched back to black. Notice the "faded top and doors on this black 2005.

I think it looks cool. But you shouldn't match it with every TJ color, that's what Chrysler Jeep does. We should be able to chose the color of the soft top just like the color of our Jeep!

That's the same color as my hardtop. I think it looks good against the dark blue.

And it may be hard to tell in this picture but this is the gray soft top. (Sorry I don't have many pictures with the soft top. Either the hard top is on or no top.)
