LJ 05 bad vibration at 65

Post one more issue, I currently have stock suspension and stock wheels and tire. At 65mph I am getting a high vibration like what you feel with a u joint. Definitely a drive train vibration.
U joints feel okay. Pinion does not have play. Rear fluid clear. What else could it be?
Im thinking of installing new joints just cause.
But I want to add a 3 1/2" lift later on.
Should I add something that is better? Like a CV joint? Any suggestions? I dont rock climbing I just ride 90% on roads 10% trails hunting.
