Listing my set-up for review
Reference info. For set-up.
2000 Sport 4.0L, auto, 35 rear, gearing ? hope 3.73 Where I live SE Michigan. What I will be using the jeep for. Camping in the summer time has to be able to tow trail for gear. Off-road sandy trails in the north, mud around home & Silver Lake Sand Dunes. Drive to work couple days a week. (not primary vehicle) This is what I am going to run. 2” coil, 1” bl with mml (3/4” spacer can be added if needed) No disco’s 15 x 8 wheels backspacing 4.25 Rear bumper with 2” receiver This is the question tire 32 x 11.5 or 33 x 12.5? Would like to go with 33.

I personally wouldn't spend money on 2" springs, but would get spacers instead.
Is there a benefit to running 2" springs over spacers?

I feel that I don't need disconnects for what I am going to be running on. Nothing will require the amount of articulation that disconnects provide. I don't plan on going rock crawling. |
