i own a 99 TJ sport and i am looking to add some extra lights,

it has the stock fog lights already

my question is: if i add a second set of lights, (3 sets of lights total, headlights, factory fog and new set)
what size battery do i need to ensure all these lights work properly?

Your present battery and alternator will be fine, I wouldn't worry about it. I would just make sure to use a wiring kit that includes a relay (!) for the new lights. And welcome to JF!
