im pretty sure it is because of all the water cuz it went thru alot, jus wondering were it got to and what i need to replace?? any ideas

most likely theres water where the bulb(s) is/are shorting the circuit. get some wd-40 and spray a bit in the front and rear light bulb sockets then dry them out. check it again after that.

also, its not very common but a bad relay can cause the stuck on problem too.
