Left side convex mirror
Left hand drive Wranglers come with a convex mirror on the passenger's side and a flat mirror on the driver's side.
Export or mail carrier RHD TJs should have a convex mirror on the left and the flat one on the right. I'd like to get a convex mirror for the left side of my TJ to get rid of the 'blind spot'. Any idea where I could get one? (I already tried jeepsareus.) Thanks in advance, Moon

You can also get the little round blind spot mirrors that you stick on. I have them and they work great. They also show you the ground too, nie for when driving and parking you can see exactly where you are.

I do have a pair of wide angles mounted below the regular mirrors with foam tape; did a pretty tidy job, but still not crazy about how it looks. At night, the curve is too extreme, and I agree, it is confusing. My first car was a '47 Pontiac two-door 'Torpedo Sedan' with a gunslit for a back window. Some previous owner had put on a round convex driver's side mirror, and I always liked it...or at least my recollection from forty years ago is that it worked very well. TQ xvi- thanks, when I've seen those advertised before, only the passenger's side had the extra mirror, tho' the add does claim they come in pairs. Any personal experience with these? I'd still like to try the factory part if it is available...ideas? Thanks for the comebacks, Moon

Most of my driving is on the motorway and as such the mirrors have proven to be very helpful in giving me full views. If you do go for it, consider getting one of those extra-wide clip-on rearview mirrors for 10 dollars. That will give you an idea of your new views from your side mirrors and help you acclimatise yourself. Best of luck.
