yeah, it's particularly bad without the front sway bar, but even with it in, it's annoying to say the least.

very cool info! I am about to embrak on something similar, but may go into tube fenders right away, and highline the fenders. Great info!

I just finished reading through this whole thread and just wanted to say thanks! I just got my first jeep and am looking for ways to get the most out of it with the smallest impact on my wallet. No one ever said this was a cheap sport, but things like this and some of your other DIY stuff sure makes it a lot easier on the pocket book.

cool..... diy party's at my place!

stop by the shop, you can see the jeep and my fabricated parts in person if you want... unless of course yer in BC.

it's there 6 days a week... sometimes 7.

yep, rob's in clackamas.... I'll be there all day saturday and prolly sunday.

I finally scored some axles for the rubi and I'm thinking about working on my track bar/truss/frame brace dohicki I'm about to build.

lol, prolly, I used to drive 48 states and canada, I've done alot of em on layovers among other things.

feel free to ask questions, most of my methods save time and put things all back together instead of just leaving it hang.

That is awesome! I will be definately highlining mine when I get tube fenders (stocks got cut off a long time back) This has helped me out alot and I will definately be looking back at this when the time comes!
