just moved to FL. trying to choose a good oil and filter

i'm trying to choose a good oil and filter to use 'cause it does get hot here but the evenings are cooling off. I had a 99 wrangler 4.0 with 111k miles and my travels include highway, back roads, and such.

let me know what your recommendations are thanks!

any major (valvoline, pennzoil, castrol, etc) brand of oil (10/30) and good (wix, fram, mopar, etc) filter will do.

Valvoline VR1 or Mobil1 (10w/30) are good as well as a couple of others I can't recall the names of.

For Florida, yes, 10w/40 is probably a bit heavy.
