Jumping trani

When im in park and I put my Jeep into reverse it kinda kicks it into gear and it is kinda getting annoying. it only does it when I put it into reverse. Any clues, i checked the trani fluid and it is ok.

Hmm.. Mine does the same, but usually after sitting for about a week. I'm thinking control pressure valve, but I'm waiting for it to break. I'm betting it won't.....
It seems to sit and hesitate for a moment and then boomp!
I don't know if it's possible for the pump to be starved anymore. I know there's at least one transmission guy here....... forget the name, though.

How about if you put first in neutral and then move it up into reverse?
