I think this is a great idea! I will definatley be buying one of those calendars. I would like to submit, but I doubt a bone stock Jeep, or one on stands with no front axle would win. Maybe I'll get in for TJ of the month in September (and October, November,December, and on and on until I win )...

Be very careful with the wife mod. Uninstallation can be extremely expensive. Wife mods have been known to take the Jeep and all other mods during the uninstall process. Also, make sure you service your wife mod properly as often as humanly possible. Wife mods not properly serviced may malfuction or uninstall themselves at any time.

Looks like I'll be down to the wire. I got my rubicon rims in today I need to clean the mud off them and get some shots. I swapped out the front drivers side wheels to see what it will be looking like with the rubicons on....

It went from sissy to kickass in about 2 seconds.

Maybe a dumb question

Where do I upload the photos? Like photobucket or something like that?

Yup.

Upload the pictures to photobucket (make sure the pictures you upload are high resolution in case you win), and then just send us the links to the pictures.

There have been a lot of good entries thus far.

EDIT: Also, a lot of you guys are sending pictures with the tags included in the URL. This isn't necessary and actually screws up the link (although it's easy to work around). IMG tags are only necessary when posting on the forum, so that the forum software knows when to post up a picture instead of a link. Anyway, just sending direct URLs of your images hosted on another website like photobucket or flickr will work. For instance, let's say I wanted to submit a picture.

1.) I'd upload my picture to my desktop.
2.) Create a photobucket account (free) or log in to what you've already got.
3.) Include the link to the picture hosted on photobucket, like this for instance: http://s157.photobucket.com/albums/t42/bman9089/?action=view&current=DSCN2650.jpg
4.) Send 3 of those links to the email address provided in the OP.

Also, make sure the images you submit are good enough to be printed. If the size is super small, I don't know how we could make that work with the callendar.

Mods, please edit this if anything I've mentioned is incorrect.

Keep in mind that photobucket will convert to a lower res depending on your settings. I think 800x600 or 1024x768, even if you upload a 2560x1920 or whatever JPG...

It may be worth having the winners send you the originals from their computer if they are a different resolution that what they have hosted somewhere.

Mine are I THINK 800x600 on PB, but on my hard drive they are 5MP at 1920xwhatever...

everyone with resolutions questions PLEASE review the first post. submit 800x600 resolution pictures or widescreen equivalent. if you win, we will come for you for a high resolution picture for the calendar

please also continue submitting your entries photo links with proper forum display IMG tags, it makes it an easy copy and paste for us when the polls come around.

I was under the impression that we had to send them using the IMG tags? I was wondering why you guys would want that as it messes up the links, but that's what spyder6 said to do. Also says it in the first post about the rules.

Second rule:

All pictures submitted must be hosted on your own with proper links sent for forum display or you will be disqualified. (Your own hosts and giving us the links to them helps us [myself and the judges] a lot)

So are we sending them with or without IMG tags?
